it took nearly forever for American restaurants to understand what American customers want, but now they have it right. we yearn for restaurants that are like us: casual, kindhearted, original, and a little too loud.
Monday, you did this to my head space. (May tomorrow be less draining!)
For me, no internet kept things mysterious and surprising. The most obvious change was that I couldn’t Facebook stalk her. I couldn’t see who she knew, or where she’d been, or whether she trended corny or standoffish in group photos. I could only learn about her through conversation. She drew me a diagram of her family and friends, to help me follow her stories better.

morose tone, yes. inspiring nonetheless to get the most out of Monday.
Classic male dilemmas.
A few things come to mind: 1. Make life more than this 2. Get up. Move. 3. If you’re doing it everyday, hopefully, you’re in a position to make it worth your while. And if not, that you have the strength to change that.
It needs reminding sometimes: roll w/ the punches that Monday (and this week) will throw at you.
I have always loved pencil for its absence of formality and ease with which one can edit without making an eye sore of a letter or short note. (It’s a personal choice. We all have them.)

No waiting to do use the EZ Bar or squat rack here. Weather was decent, so I did a 7.3 mile hike in West Chester (NY). Real great feeling to have space wide open, and the will to explore it.
